My first experience with Gig Harbor Automotive went off without a hitch. I couldn't have been more satisfied. Dropped my truck off with a problem, and picked it up "problem fixed". The customer shuttle was a nice touch, too.

Great communication and transparency with photos for any issue or suggested repair or service. Very good and personable service.

I took my auto into Gig Harbor Automotive Service for an inspection as a result of potential transmission issues. I felt some issues come up which I was unsure about but assumed them to be transmission related. They were thorough and comprehensive in their evaluation. Just had a blinker replaced on the front left. A simple thing you would think. However car makers make it very difficult to DIY. Anyway the folks there are very nice and even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait for hours to get that silly bulb replaced.🤭🤗

They do a very good job of informing you what needs to be done so you know when you pick up your vehicle there are no surprises. And I really appreciate that shuttle as we just have one vehicle 👍
