REMINDER PROGRAM

Life is busy, and we know you’ve got enough to keep track of already. So when your car has any upcoming maintenance needs, we’ll send you a reminder.

OIL CHANGE REMINDERS

We’ll send you a reminder based on your specific driving habits and the type of oil you use. We believe you should change your oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles (depending on the oil-type), or at least twice a year. Many manufacturers are extending the recommended oil change intervals, and in our experience that is not in the best interest of the longevity of your car.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE REMINDERS

Every vehicle has a schedule that should be followed to ensure the overall safety and reliability of your car. We’ll send you a reminder for each major interval. We can also help customize a maintenance service schedule according to your specific needs. Just give us a call, and we’ll help determine which services may need to be performed, and schedule an appointment.

TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDED SERVICE REMINDERS

If we have noted any areas that need attention in your vehicle that you weren’t able to address at your last visit, we’ll remind you so you can take care of them at a time that’s convenient for you.

Our warranty is unparalleled in Gig Harbor. We use the highest quality parts combined with top-notch workmanship and attention to detail. If there ever are any issues with any services we’ve performed, just give us a call. If you’re within 25 miles of our shop, we’ll make arrangements to bring you in to check things out. Outside of that area, we’ll make arrangements to have a qualified shop in our trusted network take care of you. Did we mention our coverage is nationwide? EARLY BIRD/NIGHT OWL SERVICE

We often joke about how many of our customers we never see! If it’s easier for you to drop off or pick up your car after-hours, no worries. Our after-hours key drop makes it easy. Once services on your vehicle are complete, if you need to pick it up after closing time, we can help with that too!

LOCAL SHUTTLE SERVICE
