I was told of this shop by a friend who was impressed by their service. Sure glad I came here. First off, received in inspection telling me the status of my car. Then repairs were completed. I am so pleased with this place, Andy was helpful all the way. The shuttle driver is a gem. My car hadn’t been serviced for a while. Now it is good, and I have an excellent shop to use should I need anything done in the future. Very pleased!

I liked the detailed inspection report and having a discussion with knowledgeable person on critical repairs and my options. I am happy with my competed repairs ( AC/defrost motor, drive belt, lights, brakes). Another thing I appreciated was getting a ride to work. This was my first time at Gig Harbor Auto but it won’t be my last!
