Brian and his team were able to schedule me on a last moment request. My vehicle experienced an alternator failure. All the other shops were extremely booked including Gig Harbor Automotive. Brian worked hard to book my appointment request into their busy schedule as soon as possible and they did a great job on the repair. I am very much indebted to them and grateful for including me in onto their busy schedule and resolving my vehicle issues. They are my number one preferred shop for all my vehicle needs.

As a local business owner I always try to shop local first. I have a new Kia telluride and debated taking it to Kia for her first oil change but making an appointment through gig harbor automotive was so easy and much closer to home. The guy at the check in desk was nice and the service was quick. I was able to grab my keys and pay since I couldn’t pick up until after 5pm. I will definitely be coming back for my regular service. I paid $180 for synthetic oil and a tire rotation.
