I was very pleased with the service I received at Gig Harbor Automotive. I had an appointment for a battery replacement in my Mini Cooper and the morning of the appointment, my battery was dead! I had made the appointment with Andy and called him once I found the car needed a jump start and we did not have any jumper cables. He held my appointment until we could get the car in much later in the morning than originally planned. Even with the delay, the car was ready to be picked up in a few hours. The price charged was exactly what he quoted me on the phone! Both times I have used Gig Harbor Automotive, I have been impressed with their friendly customer service and the quality of the work performed. My Dad was a auto mechanic and always told me if I find a good, honest shop, stick with them. I plan to heed my Dad’s advice and continue to use Gig Harbor Automotive for my car repair needs. I find it inconvenient to have the vehicle tied up for a whole day for a oil change, I would have to look for other options in the future if that were to continue. With that being said I still have total confidence and complete trust in the staff and the quality of the work done, after all you are the "BEST IN THE AREA AT WHAT YOU DO"!!!! P J
