I took my Toyota Camry and Subaru Forester to Gig Harbor Automotive Service about a month ago. I took the Camry in first, and my Forester in a few days later. It was my first time there. Andy and his crew did a great job servicing my cars. I hadn't had my two cars checked for a while, and I don't drive my Camry as much as my Forester. I was hearing noise sometimes in the ignition area when I would start my Camry. I don't hear that sound anymore when I start the car now. They also found a rats nest inside the engine area in my Camry, so they cleared that out. Andy advised me on how to protect my car against rat/mice in the future. They didn't find anything mechanically wrong with either car. I got a friendly shuttle ride home and back, so I didn't need to stay at the shop while they worked on my cars. I really like the diagnostic reports they texted me about my cars. I also appreciated how they cleaned the inside of my cars too. Andy and everyone there were very professional and helpful. I have a lot of confidence now when driving my cars. I'm real happy to have found a great place to take my cars for periodic maintenance, and any potential problems. Thank you Andy and your crew.
