Great communication throughout the process. They were able to get me in sooner after they had a cancellation. I had extensive work that need to be completed. Brian and his team were able to find a way to do it in a less expensive way. I really appreciate Brian and his team.

Okay, I'm about to reveal a well-kept secret: I've been using Gig Harbor Auto Service for nearly 10 years now and I am constantly amazed at how capable they are. I consider myself pretty good at fixing things, but occasionally something just leaves me stumped. I take the problem to these guys and it's like magic. Somehow, they always seem to figure it out quickly and occasionally even find a way to save me money. Other than that, you couldn't find a friendlier and more conscientious company to work with.

I was really excited to get my oil changed next door to my office. Andy was super helpful and personable through the whole process. They finally got my dash light to turn off (other places couldn’t or forgot). Thanks!!
