The Service Manager was phenomenal and attentive throughout the entire process of getting service on my Chrysler. The prices are very reasonable and the service to my vehicle was on point. They even vacuumed the inside and wiped down the dash and accessories. I was very pleasantly surprised by the extra touch given to my service. Excellent super helpful

I made an appointment with Gig Harbor Automotive Service after having a terrible experience at the Gig Harbor Jiffy Lube location. The experience with Gig Harbor Automotive was great from beginning to end. The workers were happy and well-versed in their line of work. It seems ridiculous to me now that I hesitated to act sooner and go with a locally owned small business!

Friendly, straight forward and honest mechanics. Communication is great! Service has always been done in a timely manner. Most definitely recommend this shop!
