Gig Harbor Automotive did an excellent job on my vehicle. They were fast, professional, and so friendly. They offer a free shuttle service to and from your service appointment which made it very easy for me.

Had my vehicle in a couple years ago for air conditioning repair. Had it in again about a month ago for repair of a couple warning lights and a leak in the ac system. When I picked up my vehicle, the causes of the warning lights and the ac leak, which required evacuation and recharging the system to fix, were repaired. I was surprised to find that there was no charge for the ac repair as it was covered by my 3 yr/36 mo warranty. It’s nice to know we have an auto repair facility that is competent, fair and honest. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Okay, I'm about to reveal a well-kept secret: I've been using Gig Harbor Auto Service for nearly 10 years now and I am constantly amazed at how capable they are. I consider myself pretty good at fixing things, but occasionally something just leaves me stumped. I take the problem to these guys and it's like magic. Somehow, they always seem to figure it out quickly and occasionally even find a way to save me money. Other than that, you couldn't find a friendlier and more conscientious company to work with.
