On a trip from Wisconsin, the alternator went out in my car and it had to be towed. They squeezed my car in between their many scheduled jobs and I drove it back to Wisconsin with no problems at all. Very polite and professional team.

We had been taking our Navigator to the dealer for services. When something went catastrophically wrong, we assumed that the dealer would be the best place to get help. Two dealerships were unable to identify the problem. We reached out to Andy because of all the stellar google reviews. He was able to diagnosis the issue and help us create a game plan to get our car back on the road. It’s still a work in progress but we have been delighted by the expertise and professionalism we encountered. I love my car. I’m sure you love your’s, too.
