Gig Harbor Auto is so wonderful! They’re so committed to their customers and building positive relationships that I’ve continued returning to them for my regular maintenance since I moved out of Gig Harbor to Kent. :) I can always count on them to do an exceptional job at a reasonable price and I’m proud to be a loyal customer of more than a year now. They always detail the interior and leave it sparkling clean like new, and every oil fill comes with a comprehensive check up of the whole car. They’re reliable and honest and I’ve never felt pressured into committing to any kinds of service. My brakes were angry and screeching for some time now and after their service I’ve had zero screeching 😌 Thank you for taking such good care of my car baby!

Andy and his crew are friendly, but more importantly, professional and excellent at making cars run the better than before. Andy explains what my car needs in layman’s terms, and my experience is than I end up paying way less than I thought I would going in. My car is running so much better now. Andy and his crew are phenomenal. I highly recommend this shop.
