I made an appointment with Gig Harbor Automotive Service after having a terrible experience at the Gig Harbor Jiffy Lube location. The experience with Gig Harbor Automotive was great from beginning to end. The workers were happy and well-versed in their line of work. It seems ridiculous to me now that I hesitated to act sooner and go with a locally owned small business!

Best customer service I have received ANYWHERE IN YEARS. I felt like I went back in time 30 years, when businesses valued their patrons. Great work done on my car as well; trustworthy establishment. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Top-notch business; great job guys and thank you!

Excellent service as always. However I was unaware of how expensive a coolant flush and oil change services would be .
