They were so wonderful and helpful! Kind, friendly, awesome customer service. Their prices are totally reasonable and their shuttle service and flexibility make it super convenient to leave your vehicle for the day to be serviced. I appreciated their thorough and prompt communication, availability to text about different options and different needs for my car. Felt cared for, felt like my business was appreciated, and felt like this is an establishment I can trust. They went totally out of their way to clean and shampoo my car and that REALLY impressed me. I’m totally satisfied with my experience and I will definitely be bringing my car baby back to see them. Thank you Gig Harbor Auto!

They're going to have to expand to meet the demand if they're going to keep doing quality work, reasonably priced with integrity. I'm an old coot who's been around a lot of repair shops in my life, these guys are good!
