The price for an oil change is higher than I've ever paid but, the inspection of the various systems was thorough and I received a fully itemized report immediately. I needed a shuttle to/from home which was not an additional expense. All in all, I believe that the service provided was a good value.

We have lived in Gig Harbor since 1975. Unfortunately, we did not start going to Gig Harbor Automotive until a few years ago. Their shop does excellent work and stands behind all everything they do. They treat your car like it is the most important car in their care. I love the pickup and delivery when you are need. I do hope everyone gives a try. Andy and Brian (front office) are really great and very professional. They also don't try to tell you something else needs to be fixed just to make money. They are very honest.
