Excellent service. I called initially to schedule a brake inspection/oil change and was able to get in without too much of a wait. Very friendly owner/staff, honest feedback/assessment, and my return for repairs of calipers and a transmission flush on another day went super smoothly and according to plan. Love the location for it's convenience and the shuttle is a nice touch should one need a lift to and from the shop. Highly recommend GH Automotive.

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe how please I am with Gig Harbor Automotive Service...Brian, Zach and the crew are great to work with, communicate well, are polite, and thorough. I had my 2002 Econoline in for some pretty extensive service. I believe they are fairly priced and provide amazing value... Would I recommend them to my mother? ABSOLUTELY!!!
