Awesome. Fast friendly and took home and picked me up when my truck was ready.

Gig Harbor Automotive was great. I drove to the shop with a real bad noise coming from my engine. Andy and the Master Mechanic looked at the car immediately, determined the issue and took action to fix my car. Andy was fantastic, he contacted my previous mechanic in Seattle who had installed a Starter Motor last year, worked through the details, procured me a new motor and had it installed the same day, and because they have the Auto Care Warranty as did the previous shop he was able to take care of it at NO COST TO ME! Wow, was I impressed. I had the shop service my car recently for a new timing belf and a alternator in my Acura. And that experience was smooth. But, it was the professionalism and care and going the extra mile so that this could be fixed immediately at no cost to me, that sealed the deal. The polite and personal service of GHAS is truly a blessing to Gig Harbor.

Even though the garage seems expensive at times they have also saved me money compared to other garages. I trust them to take care of my car and having master mechanics on site gives me confidence in their work. The staff is extremely friendly and they will provide rides to and from the shop willingly. They have worked on both my BMW and my jeep more than once and there have been no problems every with the work they have performed on my vehicles.
